Acer E15 laptop takes hours to boot

Hi
I own an Acer E15 with Win10. Recently it has slowed down in performance. There was a deep drain of battery once after that the performance deteriorated. The Task Manager says 100% hard drive occupied. It takes hours to boot and even after booting each click takes eternity.
I saw a few time blue screens too. What could be the real problem.

Replace the drive, install Windows clean on that.
