Acer erecovery dont work

Hello,i have a problem with my aspire 5470. First he had a error and doesn´t start the windows because he cant solve the error. Next i did a recovery with a backup because i dont want to lose my passwords etc. but the computer altough start the windows crash all the time, and i cant do the full recovery. When i try to do it the pc restart but instead of do the recovery he start the windows but solve the problems. Please help me i realy need the PC
