Acer half screen is blurred

My Windows 10 Acer Aspire 14 E5-475-35CL screen is horizontally half normal and half blurry. Any suggestion to get it back to normal? Thanks.

If just moving the screen around does not help, you can try opening it up and reseating the connection cables to the monitor. If that does not work, you are looking at having to try a full new screen.
