I have my old Acer 3023WLMi out to use when the newer computer needs to go for a repair. I am trying to get it connected to the internet. It will not recognise the wireless net work. I need to check if the wireless is switched on and can't remember how to do this.

Have you tried the slide switch i believe it is on the left front of the laptop it should have a picture that looks a bit like a small
satallite dish and it slides to the left to activate it
