Acer Laptop boots up to a really weird screen :(

This is the very first thing I see. I don't even see the Acer boot screen.

Anything I can do to fix this? I'm willing to fix this by myself with a bunch of tools.

I think your display adapter or your display itself is broken. To me, it looks like the display adapter I have seen go bad in numerous laptops.

Do you game with this laptop?

No, but my little brother plays with it for more than 8 hours straight a day

Verify with an external monitor, if the picture on the monitor is alright, your laptop's screen is defective. If you have the same picture, your GPU is defective or something in the line to your screen.
