Acer laptop problem

Hello,
I have an Acer laptop which keeps switching off I decided to install a pc healthcheck and everything seems fine but it is saying that it cannot optimise the battery as there is problem. What can I do to resole this problem ?

does your laptop turn off randomly when its connected to power?
you can check your battery life in bios (press del key when booting)
