Acer laptop problem

Help! My acer laptop keeps flashing in and of and won't let me click anything 🙁 all my photos are one there and not backed up

Does it flash when you enter BIOS?
Make a Linux LiveCD or USB, and boot off it. If your hard drive is alive, yuu can recover your photos (or take the HDD out of the laptop, connect it to a USB enclosure and make it external HDD).
