Question Acer laptop turn off when not pressing keyboard

Laptop Acer went on black screen and shut down when not pressing keyboard for a second. How to resolve this

What model Acer and what exactly happens when you do press the keyboard, does it work normally then and boots? Did anything happen before the issue started?
