Acer Laptop won't charge

I got this acer E5-511 laptop for my birthday 1 year ago. But when June 2016 hit. My laptop charger was acting strange. I had to turn the charger when plugged in to charge it. Things were looking fine for a month by doing that until yesterday. My charger completely died. No matter how many sockets I plugged it in and turn the charger it won't charge. I was thinking it was the laptop. It just can't be. Should I buy a new charger? Or repair the laptop?

Its probably the charger that fried away. Try to take it to service center if any or else buy a acer certified charger
