Acer M Touch Turns off immediately when I unplug. Brand New Laptop

Hello. I just got this laptop about a month ago, and have never had any battery issues. I plug it in at night, and use it all day, and haven't noticed any battery issues until this morning, the second I unplug the laptop, it shuts off, as if there is no battery in it at all. I am unable to turn it back on while it's unplugged, and when it's plugged in, it works fine and says it has full battery life. Could it be a setting issue, or the battery is shot? Thanks!

It may be faulty so don't take any chances while it's still under warranty. Contact Acer for authorisation to return it for repair.
