Acer minilaptop wont boot, fan stop after few seconds

Hello, i have a problem with my mini laptop and i hope you guys can help me.

The problem is that for some reason my laptop stoped working, every time i press the power button it turns on and the led on the bottom of the keyboard turns on too, but the screen is black and windows wont load. On the screen i observe that there is some sort of intermitent black. I mean that its switching between the pure black(like when the computer is off) a normal black(like when its on but the color of the screen is dark) its intermitent, and it switchs every second.

I opened form the rear, and the HDD is conected and so the RAM, but the fan is not spining. When i turn the laptop on the fan starts spinning but after a few seconds it stops.

I have tried removing the battery, then pressing the power button for 2 minutes, then turn it on with the power cable, power off, the turn on again... and doesnt work.

I have also tried removing the motherboard battery(the round one) for 30min and didnt work.

Is there some way to boot it again?

System: Acer Aspire V5-123-3639
Processor: AMD Dual Core e1-2100(1Ghz)
RAM: 2GB
HDD: 320GB
OS: Win8 & Win7(Dual Boot)
Graphics: Integrated

Here are some more troubleshooting steps that may help. You can just skip those steps that you've done already but you can always just do it again just to be sure.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If this will not work, do test the AC adapter if it's working properly. Remove the battery and power the laptop with just the AC adapter connected and see if it will boot up or not. do also try a different AC adapter that has the same voltage and see if it will work or not.
- Proceed with reseating the RAM's if trying a different AC adapter will not work, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly.
- If it will still not work, connect an external monitor and see if you'll get any display from it. If there's a display on the external monitor that could mean that the problem is the built in display.
- But if there's still no display on the external monitor that means the problem lies in the motherboard.

Hey laptopnerd, i have the same problem as he had. What do you mean by reseating the ram?
