Acer or Dell Laptop? Which has the best build quality

I am looking to purchase a Laptop for £300 to £450 for general business use and have narrowed my choices to the Acer Aspire E5-571 or Dell Vostro 3549.

Both laptops have the i5-5200U with 4gb of ram. The specs seem almost identical so may main consideration is the build quality. Any advice regarding the Laptops build quality would be much appreciated. Thank you.

acer has hdmi output, so that's a plus
do either have a backlit keyboard? my dell latitude does and i freakin' LOVE that feature.
does one have a matte (non-glossy) screen? if so, that should trump anything else since as soon as you go outside, the gloss is garbage.

Hi, thank you for your answer. I think I will go for the Acer missed the fact that the Dell does not have a HDMI. Going to go to PC world today to check out other acer aspire laptops to check build quality and screen. I am assuming they use the same ones for all Acer Aspire variations.
