So a friend is looking for a laptop after his 6 year old acer aspire died on him. He seeks for a laptop with an i5 cpu and good built quality. He is not into gaming but wants cpu power for some data analysis and calculation programs he uses, along with normal internet use and some ms office and movies on 720p.The brands we are looking are asus, toshiba and dell
After some research our shortlist is this:
1)Dell Vostro 15 3568, I5-7200U/15.6/4GB/1TB/AMD Radeon R5 M420X 2GB @ €549
2)Asus Pro Essential P2530UA XO0562E (i5-6198DU/4GB/500GB),15.6" @ €579
3)Asus Notepad R558UQ-XO313T 15,6'' i5-6198DU 4GB 1TB GeForce 940MX @563
4)and I also found this on ebay for €600 and is my personal favourite with no warranty though due to being an old model
Lenovo ThinkPad T440P(i5 i5-4300M, 256GB SSD, 8GB, FHD IPS 1920x1080)
which is listed as "New, sealed in original bag, but without original box."
Which one of these would be the best pick? Glad to hear other options too, from a european shop.
Thanks.
