Hi, my laptop acer R3 471TG, the light indicator is on but the screen is blank. I tried to charge it but there is no light showing its charging. Please help. Thank you.

I also had the problem one time that the light indicators were on but the screen didn't show anything. I fixed my problem by replacing the original CMOS battery with a new CR2032. After this small but effective operation my laptop was working fine again. I hope it fixes your problem as well.
