My acer spin 3 n16p9 laptop stuck in loop preparing automatic repair mode. I have tried the solutions that you all have posted, but when I let the automatic repair run than it goes to a black screen and will not do anything. I cannot go to "advanced options" and "troubleshoot" because the screen is black.

Try this...

1. Turn the laptop off (not sleep or hibernate but off).
2. Connect an external monitor to the laptop.
3. Turn on the external monitor.
4. Turn on the laptop.

NOTE: You may have to press an "external monitor" button. Could be the f4 button or a button with two monitors on it, for the external monitor to work.

OK thank you! I do not have an external monitor, but I will see if I can get my hands on one.
