You could try a bootable Rescue Disk.

You download the software as a bootable .ISO image and burn it to a CD.
And you should be able to use the F12 to get the basic boot menu and have it boot from the CD you've created.
Besides getting access to your personal files you can run an AV scan. As long as the HDD is running and not damaged it might be able to help.
Another option is doing a 'clean install' of operating system. You'd lose everything on the HDD but the infection would be eliminated.
If the blue screens are a result of the HDD being damaged you could replace the HDD.
