Acer travelmate p645 stuck ok black screen

Laptop acer travelmate p645 stuck on black screen after restarting, can somebody help me🙁

Is it a black screen from the time it turns on or a black screen after the initial booting screens?

Also, have you tried shutting it down (or cutting the power) and starting it again to see if the problem happens again?
