Acer V3-571G, can I change the integrated Webcam for better?

I have this notebook, yes is HD... But nobody write in HD is only 15-20FPs... Only VGA 640x480 is 30FPs...
Can I change for Full HD with 30FPs?


(Spec: Intel i7 3632QM, 8GB ram, SSD120GB+750GB HDD, GT640m 2GB)
