Add wireless speakers to wired speakers same room?

Hi,

I have found similar post questions, but not close enough to answer my query:

We have an older Yamaha amp with wired B&W speakers connected to the amp's speakers 'A' output.

I would like to connect the amp's speakers 'B' outputs (speaker wire output, not jack) wirelessly to our BOSE mini for use at the other end of our longish living room.

1. Which Bluetooth transmitters can connect to speaker wire amp output terminals?

2. Will the Bluetooth connection introduce a lag that will lead to unsynchronised outputs between the wired and wireless speakers?

1. likely your Yamaha amp cannot handle usb Bluetooth, but need to check the manual for that, what is the model ?

1. Yamaha DSP-A592, no USB.

2. I guess I would have to have the B&W's wired, BOSE wireless, and only run one set at a time depending on where I am to avoid lag. Or is(are) there (an)other possible solution(s)?

I would look into this type of technology , speaker output made wireless , it would address everything you need I think

A Bluetooth adapter is going to need to be connected to a lineout and not an amplified speaker output. Does your Amp have a lineout?

Also yes there will be a lag.
