Adding RAM to PC

(This is my first time building a PC, so please explain in detail - Thanks)

I am going to purchase this BUNDLE:

I've noticed that it already has RAM, if I purchase this:
http/www.amazon.co.uk/HyperX-Series-1866MHz-Memory-Module/dp/B00J8E92I0/ref=pd_rhf_se_s_cp_3_C6FV?ie=UTF8&refRID=19TY06TFQXEERZT5MWRT

Can I just add the HyperX to the bundle I purchasing. So I just take the RAM and push it into the slot on the motherboard?

Also, my old PC has 4GB RAM could I also add that on

Can I just add the HyperX to the bundle I purchasing. - No. If you want 16gb, get a 16gb kit. Not 2 sets of ram sticks. Only one big kit is guiaranteed to work. Even two kits of the same make and part number have a fair chance of not working. Different makes and/or models are almost guaranteed to not work.
