Solved! ADDITIONAL Subwoofer install

Hi guys... I have a Jbl soundbar the subwoofer has a aux port stating subwoofer upgrade. I have an additional sub got an aux to rca cable connected but does not work... Any advise?

Am guessing u have to go into JBL configuration and turn on the sub port.

We can't check any details without model numbers so I will guess that it's not an output to add another subwoofer or you are trying to connect a passive subwoofer.
