I have an Olympus 3000 and I wanted to get some lenses to increase the zoom and maybe a wide angle lens. Any suggestions, thoughts, warnings?

The Olympus C-3000? That does not have a replaceable lens.

haha...I actually have an Oly C-3000. Inherited from my dad.
This was sold in 2000 era. 3.3MP. uses a SmartMedia card.

And somewhere in my pile o crap, I have a telephoto and wide angle adapter for it. You need an extension tube, and then the adapter screws on to that.
DO NOT BOTHER.

It was a great camera for its time, almost 20 years ago. But any $100 point&shoot camera today kicks it to the curb.

I love old digital cameras, probably my favorite still is the Nikon 950. I remember my work at the time buying a few and they were hardly used so it spent a lot of time at my house LOL
