Adobe After Effects HELP Sound Keys Outputs 0.0

I have tried following multiple tutorials and it continues to happen I link sound keys to my music layer and the spectrum appears but when I apply the commands and scrub through the video I get 0 output. I even updated sound keys. Whats weird though is that if I get a template with sound keys set up, then the outputs will work fine. I have no idea if I am doing something wrong or if it is a bug.

Also just a little heads up I'm still new to after effects so I'm sorry if I don't understand something 😉

Which tutorials have you followed? Tried the ones from Redgiant, the official distributor for Trapcode stuff?

You may need to start an account with Redgiant to be able to access.

I don't think tomshardware forums are the place to ask for Trapcode help. You would do better at the CreativeCow forums, Redgiant, or Trapcode's facebook.

I have tried one of the tutorials from red giant, I'll give it a try one more time. Also thanks I'll give one of those forums a try.
