Adobe flash not recognized

Hello,
After seeing that flash was not working but it was already installed. I uninstalled then reinstalled it. Although it says I was successful, It still does not work. I have Windows 7. I did disable my antivirus as noted but still no good. Thank you!

Can u try if possible to run #1 and #2 @ http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/8263-63-simple-free-guide-removing-malware

Are you sure it's a flash issue? What's the website?

Did you get the latest version of flash? This is the download link for the newest version.
