ads by antiadblocker help

i recently just got ads by antiadblocker on google. like the ads would appear above my searches. i have the regular adblock on. how do i get rid if the ads? i heard that there is a script or something. what is that? please help ty

Having the exact same issue.

Time to uninstall "Anti-Ad blocker" and get "Adblock" instead.

Time to get Adblock Plus for Google.

I have that already and it is not blocking it.

Uninstall the other extension first.

There is no other extension. Only Adblock Plus.

Follow this guide perhaps. Look like a tricky adware infection. I thought it was no-name adblocker displaying its own ads to support its program. lol

Hopefully this step will kill it: 3. When the Add/Remove Programs or the Uninstall a Program screen is displayed, scroll through the list of currently installed programs and remove the following:
AntiAdBlocker
GoSave
Active Discount
AdCoupon
and any other recently installed application

I did all of that before but never found any unusual programs or extensions. So I just decided to reset Google to factory settings and that has seemed to work......for now.

Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Reset Settings
