ADVISE NEW SSD LAPTOP

Pleas your advice fot the purchase of a SSD laptop: 11 inch.; perfect screen; very powerfull (replacement for desktop) and user friendly.
I do prefer to stay with Microsoft so no Apple.
Now I am using an old VIA 11 inch: too slow; to often stuck when 2 or more programs are running at the same time.
