Advise on casting recorded prog.

I'm a Dish Network subscriber and have an HD DVR. I also use the Dish Anyewhere App to remotely view the program guide, record and delete programs, etc. I would like to cast recorded programs to a non-Dish Network TV at a separate residence using my iOS device which is streaming the recorded program. Is this arrangement possible? If so, how is it accomplished.

You can do it. How depends on which IOS device and which TV.
You can use an Apple TV.
You can use an av adapter and connect it to the TV directly.
You can use Airplay.
