Affordable laptop for video editing in Canada

Hey I'm looking for an affordable laptop to do some video editing. I live in Canada so I know affordable and Canada don't really go together.

I would like to not go over 1000$ after tax, ideally lower but I know that may not be realistic. I would prefer a larger screen but if it makes a huge difference in price 15.6 works.
