after i formatting laptop after every fix 1 hour it was shutdown automatically please give me solution...i am using windows 8.1 enterprise and my model is g50

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that I suggested to others who had the same problem.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then connect just the AC adapter and see if it will work normally or not.
- Do also try a different AC adapter that has the same voltage and see if it will not shutdown automatically.
- If these steps will not work the problem may lie inside the motherboard itself.
- Do try to reseat all the RAM's as well, remove them all for couple of second then put them back in making sure they are all seated properly.
- If the same problem will happen do load the laptop in BIOS and see if it will still shutdown by itself or not.
- If it will still shutdown in BIOS then the problem is the motherboard itself already.

Could we get more info: What is the problem in a little more detail, you can try the above suggestions, which might help but there is no way of knowing if this is a mobo problem without further info
