Question dell precision m6500 gpu crash and freaze display (gpu fx2800m)

Hello im very very very need help plz help me, I have come as a last resort. I have a Dell Precision M6500 Workstation laptop with an Nvidia Quadro 2800M GPU. Since I've purchased it used from a computer store I've had an issue with the display crashing. It will happen from time to time during normal use and every time I try to play a game on it and Sometimes this happens immediately after booting and the screen goes completely black.This happens only when the laptop is plugged in, but the adapter is original,When this happens the laptop is still on but the screen just goes black and freezes. and I am sure that the problem is with the graphics card. It is not overheating, I have taken everything apart and cleaned it.I changed windows many times and also changed RAMs The only solution I have to this is using Nvidia PowerMizer to keep it at Medium performance setting ( which clocks down the GPU a co considerable amount and loses a lot of performance). Does anybody have any help for me?I just got this laptop and I really need it, please help me I have tried all methods for months and I see that many people have this problem, but no one has recommended any solution. If anyone can solve my problem, it would be a great help.Thanks

Given the age of this system, it could be a number of issues. As rgd1101 indicated, this is a heat and/or power issue.

I bought it in my country for about 600 dollars, the seller said it was very good and I was deceived
It was good in the beginning and then it happened
I have been looking for months and I felt that this is the best place to check the problem
I tried without battery, with battery and with another adapter, but still the screen goes black after a few moments
I have tested all Windows, the only difference was that in Windows 7, the screen turned black later, but in Windows 11, the screen turns black immediately after booting, and I have to use the software to lock the graphics frequency to 300 Hz.
As far as I have seen, many people have this problem with this model on Dell's website, but Dell never said anything about it
I am sure that this is a software bug related to the graphics software, because by lowering the graphics frequency, the problem will be solved, but the power of the laptop will be halved and it cannot be used practically.
I wish someone knew how to solve this problem.... I'm really tired
