Question Asus laptop getting freezed

Hi,

I am having Asus laptop - i13 i am facing freezing problem, every time i start my laptop it keeps getting freeze after 1-5 mins of startup . I have waited for hours but it doesn't function again, when i restart the same problem persists.
I have tried reinstalling the windows 10 after formatting the C drive, the installation was successful but again the freezing problem persists, what could be the reason, someone please help.
