Yeah, predicted this a while ago, seems it's turned into a whole non-story, at work we went through the rest of the alphabet.

It gets very difficult without using brand names and not generic terms, for example M would not be able to use Mars Bar, or at least not without a lawsuit.

Both brand names for Kellogs and KitKat, as well as KrispyKreme Donuts

Hang on, may be onto something here, maybe KrispyKreme should pay Google money to use the name, fantastic method for advertising.

Because it is original and the fact people are talking about it raises the profile, very good marketing tactic
