I had a laptop that was pretty slow.
I changed the boot from UEFI to Legacy and booted from a USB.
I installed Win 7 in my laptop, it had a lot of partitions and I deleted all of them.
After I installed Win 7 I tried to boot and the Win 7 boot animation got stuck and therefore it showed a menu that said (The menu was in Spanish because that is my main language and this is a translation): Windows can't boot. There was a change in hardware or software, to solve this:
1. Insert the Windows installation disc.
2. Select your language and press continue.
3. Click the system repair option.
I did this but I shows a lot of options and I don't know what to do.
