After resetting my acer laptop back to factory settings the erecovery sticks on

my acer 5315 sticks on number 7 from 8 after doing a restore to factory settings,what can i do to get past this please thanks

I guess media is corrupted, like scratches or something similar; will need to contact Acer to send you another set of recovery media.
