Agent Activation Runrime

The free version of Winpatrol advises me that something is asking me whether to allow or disallow a change to my computer. The 'something' is Agent Activation Runrime_62171f to C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe -k AarSvcGroup -p. It is supposedly signed by Microsoft. But the only thing I can find about it while searching the internet, is that it may have something to do with an AVG update. However, I do not use any AVG software. I am using Windows Defender on my Windows 10 home (64-bit.)

Anyone happen to know it this is something legit that I should allow?

The spelling wrongly of "Runtime" tells me it isn't a Microsoft official notice. I suggest to get rid of Winpatrol and wait for it comes along later when its complete.
