Airpods volume control

Hi, I have a samsung suhd tv named ue49ks7005. When i connect my apple airpods to my tv via bluetooth I run into a issue, volume control.

Since airpods does not have any physical button to lower the volume whenever I connect them to the tv, the volume for the airpods is always full and it is unbearable.

Is it possible to connect the airpods to a samsung soundbar while it is receiving audio from the tv at the same time so that I can control the volume?

If your soundbar does not provide volume control for Bluetooth-connected headphones, you need another device (Bluetooth-transmitter) connected to TV; analog audio output. Look for device with volume control knob

I have a SAMSUNG 4K MODEL UN65NU8000 TV. To control the volume on your AIRPODS do the following:
GO TO:
1) Settings/Expert
2) General Expert Settings
3) Accessibility
4) Multi-Output Audio: Set to OFF
5) EXIT
Now your volume will be controlled by the remote Control for your EarPods.
