Ala-cart TV Channels

Is there any company offering "pay" Ala-cart channel selection? Pay per channel. I don't watch 99% of the channels I have to pay for.

I believe SlingTV does something like that. Might not be exactly what you're looking for though, since it is still offering a "package", albeit a much smaller and cheaper package than cable.
