Alcatel pop c9 7047E

Pls. Anyone help me to update my ALCATEL ONETOUCH POP C9 7047E unit model, is it possible to update it from 4.2 to 4.4 at least kitkat? Because it never release an update from the first i bought it.

If no update has shown up in the "Settings" for the phone, then that device was not meant to be updated. There is no way to just install an update if one isn't given.
