Alienware 15r2 Not Powering On

I have an Alienware 15r2 that I just got a couple weeks ago. It has an i7, 970m, 16gb RAM, and 1tb HDD + 256gb SSD.

Everyday after use (mostly gaming) I put it to sleep. And the next day I'll go to turn it on and it wakes up just fine.

Yesterday I put it to sleep and today it won't power on. The battery was a little low when I put it to sleep, so I've had it charging for the past 40 mins, and nothing. When I click the power button the fans start up and the HDD spins a little but then stops after about a second.

Is this just the world's slowest charging battery or is this a serious problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never mind, alienware support was very helpful in getting my problem fixed. Turns out you have to unplug the battery, remove the ram, then reset the BIOS from the motherboard. Problem solved. Great customer support.
