Alienware 17 Graphics Card Upgrade

I have a Alienware 17 laptop that i got late December of 2014 with a Nvidia GeoForce GTX860m graphics card, and was wondering if I could even upgrade it. If yes then what cards will my laptop be compatible with, and I am looking for a card preferably around a GTX960m
Would something like "MSI GeForce GTX 960 GTX 960 2GD5T OC 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 HDCP Ready SLI Support ATX Video Card" work?

Based from some support site of Alienware it's possible for an upgrade to a GTX 980M or 970M.
