alienware 17-low fps on battery

My laptop, Alienware 17 got fps drop when on battery... So here is test
GTA V - when pluggen in 60 fps
on battery 20 fps
Battlefield 3 - when plugged in 70 fps
on battery 20 fps
here are specs: GPU:Nvidia GEforce GTX 765m
CPU:INTEL(R)Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU@2.40 GHZ
RAM:16 GB RAM
So i live in Croatia and i bought my laptop in USA and for the plug i use some transporter from usa plug in EU plug if you get know...
so if you need to ask me some more about helping me getting this problem fixed you ask

That is normal.

The operating system lowers the performance of the GPU and perhaps the CPU when it detects that your laptop is running on battery. If it doesn't do that then you will like drain your laptop's battery in less than 1 hour. You can check your power options to confirm that everything is set to run at 100% when using the battery though.
