Alienware 17 r3 stuck in repair diagnostic cycle

Hey guys I started up my laptop alienware 17 r3 and it loads the alienware screen then states preparing automatic repair instantly restarts once the loading icon begins. A new screen says diagnosing your pc then says repairing disk errors this make take an hour to complete and instantly restarts to the orginal diagnosing your pc doing the cycle over and over. I'm unable to access any type of boot option with f8 or shift f8. I can access f2 setup which takes me into an aptio setup utility or f12 boot options which takes me into a boot mode is set to uefi secure boot is on menu. No idea what to do any help would be greatly appreciated I'm not worried about my data I just want the laptop to work.

Get a new hard drive, install Windows on that.
