Alienware M17x help with options please!

I'm configuring a M17X on dell.ca and I find the options are very expensive and limited. I'm trying to stay on budget and get the most out of my $$$$. I'm buying this play the latest game at high settings.

Intel® Core™2 Duo P8700 2.53GHz (3MB Cache, 1066MHz FSB) VS Intel® Core™2 Duo T9600 2.8GHz (6MB Cache, 1066MHz FSB). For 150$ more is it worth it ?????

Dual NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 260M, 2GB – SLI® VS Single - 1GB ATI Radeon™ Mobility HD 4870. Same price. Should I go with SLI or the single ATI ????????

4G VS 6G for 250$ ????? I've always used 4G in the past, not sure what it will do for Windows7.

1066MHz Memory vs 1333MHz Memory for 50$. I'm no computer wiz but does it matter with a 1066MHz FSB processor ????

For CPU,go for P8700 because 300MHZ won't make much difference.
Between dual GTX 260M and 1 HD 4870, go for dual GTX 260M.
Stick with 4GB,its enough for today's games and apps,also go for 1066 one because it won't make a difference in games/apps.
