alienware m17xr3 problem

i have a alienware m17xr3 i7 and have had problems from the start first it wouldnt load windows kept giving me a error then pit would freeze after 35 seconds now after all that the cmos battery came loose . i got the battery back in place and now it wont even attempt to turn on. any ideas

You said from the start. Does that mean you just bought it? If this is the case, you should contact the place of purchase and get them to either exchange it or fix it.
