Alienware R3 15 bootup

I purchased a brand new R3 15 Alienware, did the normal start up. Did not complete the finished update when it asked, figured I could do it later. Worked fine. Installed Synapse, and the software for an Aorus gaming box 1070, and nvidia GeForce. After restarting, the Alienware logo comes up, then it comes up to a black screen, with the loading logo, I can move the cursor, and ran a diagnostics test, all hardware passed. Unplugged all my razed products, and eGpu. Still sits at that screen for over 30 minutes. After about 25 minutes, the loading logo and cursor go away. Do I have to wait longer due to it installing the newest version of windows or should it take that long?

If you just got it and it is doing this, take it back and have them give you a different one. No new device should give you problems.

Then, before you install any personal stuff, do the updates.
