All drivers are lost. how to install new drivers if the laptop doesn't accept any input including internet ,usb etc

I formatted my hard disk and now
I've installed a fresh windows 7 with no drivers and when I
tried to connect internet or usb with it
It was still not accepting any input because of drivers.
My laptop's service tag is Dell vostro v131
Any help would be appreciated. ...

You can download drivers on to a pen drive using another computer, then plug pen drive in to your Dell to install them.
