All lights is blinking

what is the problem to my laptop, when i power it on, all lights is blinking and didn't proceed to booting?

It would appear that your laptop is not working properly.

1) What brand and model number?
2) Have you done anything like update a program, or installed a new program lately?
3) Have you done anything like drop it lately? Use it in the sauna? Are there any unusual noises?
