All my photos are fizzy and it says that not on sd card

All my photos on my phone appear fizzy cant open and it says not on sd card and some automatically dissappears

Fuzzy? The camera lens might be scratched or just need cleaning ... try cleaning it first and taking some new photos. The photos are being stored on the internal memory card. Move them to the external SD card by going into the settings.
