All versions of MS Word crashes when trying to print a document

Hi,

When trying to print of a document, MS Word hangs, become unresponsive and ultimately dies! This only seems to happen when printing one type of document.
Everything else is working and printing fine. it only seems to be this one template that causing this problem.

Also I found that when you print from the context menu, a popup box asking about margins appears then when clicked yes it prints the document fine.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You mean it prints from other templates just fine but not the one you're using? I'd suggest downloading a newer version of the template and trying that first. Otherwise, new printer drivers, new versions of word? Even Libreoffice.
