am i eligible for a stimulus check

I receive a monthly pension social security payment as the widow of an US citizen. I am not a US citizen myself and I don't live in the US. Am I eligible for a stimulus check? And if so, where do I apply? I receive my SS in a direct deposit account, but have not received anything.
